SELKIE Skills for the Marine Energy sector Webinar – Materials

SELKIE Skills for the Marine Energy sector Webinar – Materials

In the fourth webinar in the Selkie series, we focused on Skills for the Marine Energy sector. The recording and presentations are available below.

The marine renewable energy sector is developing at an increased pace in Wales and Ireland. To ensure that the economic benefits of these projects remain local, the need to develop a skilled workforce in coastal communities is more important than ever. This webinar brought together representatives from a range of key organisations to explore the skills needs and requirements of the industry, the skills shortages and challenges for progress, and signposted the education and support opportunities available.
